Our Commitment
At EtchMen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy to make things right.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Personalized or customized items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Items without original packaging or tags
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Wait for return authorization and instructions from our team
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@etchmen.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please:

- Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to post)
- Contact your bank (processing times vary)

Cancellations
